Free ski pass is included in the price for accommodation. The free ski pass is transferable and is valid for 4 ski lifts in Kvilda

The Price includes 10% VTA

Additional person (+1) upcharge 250 CZK/day

Reduction of 250 CZK/per day in case of 3 paying persons in a two room apartment (2+kk).

Reduction of 250 CZK/per day in case of 5 paying persons in a triple room apartment (3+kk)

All apartments consist of spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and eating area, separated bedroom (with exception of single room apartments), bathroom, hall and a room for drying of wet clothes. Mesonnettes (double floor apartments) have an open bedroom (2+kk) or 2nd bedroom (3+kk) in attic accessible by wooden stairs The majority of apartments and all bathrooms have a floor heating. All apartments are fitted with furniture from massive wood.

Two-room maisonnete (2+kk) is a 2-flloor apartment with an open bedroom in the attic. Three room maisonnette (3+kk) is a 2-flloor apartment with a separated bedroom at the ground floor and the 2nd bedroom in the attic (note, please, photo in accommodation subsection).

The charge for each pet is 50 CZK/day.

The charge for a crib (baby bed) is 50 CZK/day.

Returnable deposit of 1000 CZK (returned after the apartment is handed back to the accommodation manager).

CHILDREN UP TO TWO YEARS ARE FREE OF CHARGE (without bed)

Discount of 50 CZK/day for children up to 10 years with 2 accommodated adults

The price for accommodation includes:

a parking fee

VAT

7-day ski pass per apartment

utilities

usage of washing machine

usage of kitchen electrical appliances

usage of TV

cleaning service twice a week (on request)

bed-sheets (extra charge 50 CZK per person in case of a one-night stay)

The price for accommodation does not include a commune and resort tax:

Commune tax: 4 CZK/day

Resort tax: 14 CZK/day (children up to 18 years and people over 70 years are not charged)

To be paid after arrival to landlord. The tax is fully transferred to the commune.

Payment conditions:

The deposit of 50% of the rental charge is necessary to pay by bank transfer within 5 days after booking according to the instruction described in the e-mail. The reservation-confirmation e-mail is forwarded to you automatically after completion of the reservation. If not paid, your reservation will be canceled. The deposit is not returnable.

The rest of the rental charge is payable on the day of your arrival directly to our local manager for housekeeping unless paid in advance by bank transfer. In case of a full payment by bank transfer, will you, please, bring the confirmation of your transfer. Any charges for bank transfer of rental charges are not deductible from the price.

The information about arrival and departure

Arrival: between 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.

Departure: before 9 a.m.
